The signals are useful, I guess, but I count them as 'filler'. You can switch off the voices if they vex you. Musashi cammo: only of interest if you already have Musashi, of course.Ħ 10-point captains are extremely handy if you're short of captains, less so if you have plenty already (and/or have several 19 pointers).
Isoruku cammo for Harekaze is quite worthwhile as it gives you a captain xp boosting option. Graf Spee is identical to the regular one, so your view will depend on what you think of the original (the HSF one includes the standard cammo as well, or at least mine did) opinions seem mixed, although she's glorious in Ops a lot of the time. Harekaze is more or less universally agreed to be excellent. Is it worth buying the big bundle for someone who does not own any of this content? Everyone can decide their own values and make their own decisions. Other people can disagree and I'm happy to let them. Instead what we got was in line with non-HSF products and quite reasonable. For the cost and trouble of obtaining a new license the new packages are surprisingly not 'padded'. I have no regrets about making that purchase.Īnd it could be worse. Previously HSF items got padded with Doubloons and Premium Account time this time it's stripped back to HSF relevant items only. The ship itself is good, the base price is comparable to other T8 DDs, the fact that you get a 10 point captain (and what a captain!) and 3 permanent camouflages to choose from makes the ship package quite attractive. This was money that I had ear-marked for Black Friday sales, so I did this instead. For all we know this could be the final collaboration, as a tie-in with the new film was hoped for (Jan 2020), so I had promised myself if Harekaze and/or other HSF items went on sale again I would treat myself.
