Problem still existed, and I noticed that a few mods still seemed to be loading. So instead, I just went to the plugins tab in NMM, and unchecked everything. I originally didn't want to have to disable all my mods, because it is time consuming. So I have determined that it is a mod(s) that is causing the problem.
